Fast shipping. Very unprofessional seller. I thought I was buying a customized hairbrush - which apparently I read incorrectly. When I asked for a customization a few days after the purchase the seller informed me that I had to pay extra 4$ . After I did that (on the same day) the seller said that it was too late to customize. So obviously I was very unsatisfied - why would he tell me to pay the extra 4$ if it was already too late? He even called me "my dear" in one of his messages. It was completely absurd. Additionally he threatened to report me if I left a bad review. But as a customer I am allowed to publish my opinion, so that's what I'm doing.
